Alters and removes from the City of New Hope's corporate limits a specific territory described as a 30-foot corridor on each side of an existing mountain roadbed centerline in Section 8, Township 6 South, Range 2 East, Madison County.

The removed territory extends from the Paseur property down the mountain to the western edge of the existing asphalt paved Oak Grove Road, with detailed surveying descriptions including multiple curve bearings and distances.

A map showing the proposed territory removal is filed and available for public inspection in the Office of the Judge of Probate in Madison County, Alabama.

Becomes effective on October 1, 2025.
