Expands Alabama's Veteran Tag Program to include additional veterans who were exposed to dangerous levels of ionizing radiation resulting from the operational use of atomic weapons during World War II.

Adds World War II radiation-exposed veterans to the existing list of eligible veterans, alongside those from atomic bomb and weapon testing from 1944 to 1962 who directly participated in detonations or cleanup.

Maintains existing fee structure with $3 additional fee for initial issuance of most veteran tags, and $6 for Vietnam veteran tags (with $3 distributed to Vietnam Veterans of America, Inc.).

Requires applicants to apply through the judge of probate or commissioner of licenses, comply with state motor vehicle laws, pay regular license fees, and be certified as eligible by the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Becomes effective October 1, 2025.
