Designates the act as "Parker's Law" and amends Section 12-16-63 of the Alabama Code to add nursing mothers as a new category eligible for jury duty exemption.

Allows nursing mothers to request exemption from jury service by providing: (i) a written statement that she is a nursing mother, and (ii) a certificate of birth or other government document or medical record certifying the birth of the child she is nursing.

Grants a 24-month exemption from jury service for prospective jurors who qualify as nursing mothers at the time they receive a summons.

Clarifies that nursing mothers are exempt from jury service alongside other qualifying grounds including undue or extreme physical or financial hardship and mental or physical conditions that incapacitate the person.

Becomes effective on October 1, 2025.
