Commends Troy University football coach Larry Blakeney for his induction into the College Football Hall of Fame, Class of 2025, at the 37th National Football Foundation Awards Dinner.

Blakeney is Troy University's all-time winningest coach with a career record of 178-113-1 (61.1 percent win rate) over 24 seasons and holds a 20-win advantage over the next closest competitor in both Troy University and Sun Belt Conference history.

Led Troy to seven Football Championship Subdivision (FCS) playoff appearances in eight seasons, five bowl game appearances with victories in 2006 and 2010, and eight conference championships including five consecutive Sun Belt Conference titles from 2006-2010.

Directed Troy's transition from NCAA Division II to Division I in 1993 and to Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS) in 2002, making him one of only two coaches to lead a program through all three divisions.

Received multiple honors including conference Coach of the Year awards, American Football Coaches Association Regional Coach of the Year twice, and induction into the Wiregrass Sports Hall of Fame, Alabama Sports Hall of Fame, and Troy University Sports Hall of Fame.
