Commends Abbie Stockard for being crowned 2025 Miss America on January 5, 2025, at the Walt Disney Theater in Orlando, Florida.

Recognizes Stockard's achievements as a 22-year-old Auburn University nursing student pursuing a Doctorate of Nurse Anesthesia Practice with a focus on pediatrics.

Honors her philanthropic work, including raising over $200,000 for Cystic Fibrosis research and being named the "2024 Hero of Hope" and "Official National Ambassador" for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.

Acknowledges her fundraising for the American Heart Association (more than $5,000) and receipt of the AHA Go Red for Women Leadership Award at the Miss America Competition.
