Commends six Scouting America councils serving Alabama: Alabama-Florida Council, Black Warrior Council, Chattahoochee Council, Greater Alabama Council, Mobile Area Council, and Tukabatchee Council.

Notes current membership of 15,803 Scouts across Cub Scouting, Scouts BSA, Venturing, and Career Exploring programs in Alabama.

Recognizes 352 young people who achieved Eagle Scout rank in 2024 and acknowledges thousands of service hours annually provided by Scouts and Troops to their communities.
