Acknowledges the company's innovation including establishing a 100 percent employee-owned Employee Stock Ownership Plan in 1975 and its workforce of over 1,500 employee-owners across 60 offices in 25 states.

Recognizes Volkert's contributions to economic infrastructure, historical preservation, and consistent ranking among the top 100 engineering firms in the nation.
