Urges the Trump Administration, U.S. Secretary of Defense, and U.S. Secretary of the Air Force to establish a permanent headquarters for United States Space Command at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, Alabama

Recognizes that the U.S. Air Force's 2021 Strategic Basing Action process identified Huntsville as the preferred location based on evaluation of four key factors and 21 criteria across all finalist locations

Notes that Strategic Basing Action findings determined Huntsville provided superior workforce, schools, infrastructure, and lower initial and recurring costs compared to other finalist locations

Confirms that subsequent Department of Defense Inspector General and Government Accountability Office investigations supported the Strategic Basing Action findings

Directs copies of the resolution be delivered to the President, Secretary of Defense, Secretary of the Air Force, and the Alabama Congressional Delegation
