Declares Alabama's support for receiving uranium-233 (U-233) currently stored at Oak Ridge National Laboratory in Tennessee and transferring it to a secure storage facility within Alabama.

Urges Alabama's Congressional Delegation to collaborate with federal authorities including the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Tennessee Valley Authority, and U.S. Department of Energy to facilitate the U-233 transfer while ensuring compliance with all safety, security, and regulatory standards.

Encourages the Governor of Alabama to establish a task force with state agencies, molten salt reactor (MSR) developers, and stakeholders to identify appropriate storage sites, assess infrastructure needs, and develop a management plan for U-233 supporting advanced reactor technologies.

Positions U-233 storage and advanced nuclear reactor development as opportunities to create high-quality jobs, attract federal investment, support Alabama companies, and strengthen the state's economy and national standing in next-generation energy solutions.

Directs transmission of the resolution to the Governor, Alabama Congressional Delegation, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Tennessee Valley Authority, U.S. Department of Energy, and Oak Ridge National Laboratory leadership.
