Supports the 2030 Census Redistricting Data Program established under Public Law 94-171, which allows states to delineate voting districts and suggest census block boundaries for reapportionment and redistricting purposes.

The redistricting program consists of five phases: Block Boundary Suggestion Project (Phase 1, January 2026-May 2026), Voting District Project (Phase 2), Delivery of 2030 Census Redistricting Data (Phase 3), Collection of Post-2030 Census Congressional and State Legislative District Plans (Phase 4), and Review and Recommendations for 2040 Census (Phase 5).

Authorizes counties to add, delete, and correct geographical features in census geography, and to suggest block boundaries to the Legislative Reapportionment Office by submitting linear features to be designated as "held" or "not held" block boundaries.

Communications between the Census Bureau and the Legislative Reapportionment Office will begin in May 2025, with training workshops scheduled for early fall 2025.

Urges county participation and collaboration with the Legislative Reapportionment Office to evaluate and suggest accurate block boundaries for conducting the decennial census and state and local redistricting.
