Commends the Morgan County Education Retirees Association (MCERA) for winning the Statewide Community Service Award in 2024.

Recognizes MCERA's volunteer service projects including Clothe our Kids, Sleep in Heavenly Peace, Neighborhood Christian Center food pantry, Christmas gifts for children with incarcerated parents, and Veterans Day cards.

Acknowledges additional MCERA contributions of 20 children's books donated to Little Free Libraries, Christmas cards delivered to The Terrace Assisted Living facility, and scholarships to the Calhoun Ensemble Singers and a senior at Athens State University.
