Establishes special order of business for the seventeenth legislative day of the Alabama Senate, effective immediately upon adoption, taking precedence over regular order of business.

Prescribes the order of business as: Introduction of Bills, House Messages, Reports from Standing Committees, Motions and Resolutions, and Uncontested Local Legislation.

SB110 sponsored by Senators Williams, Sessions, Kelley, Beasley, Barfoot, Stutts, Hatcher, Price, Chesteen, Smitherman, Livingston, Allen, Bell, Shelnutt, Kitchens, Roberts and Waggoner regarding truck weight limits exemptions and portable scales enforcement procedures.

Four House Bills (HB124, HB125, HB128, HB112) related to sunset law continuations of professional licensing boards: Optometry (until October 1, 2029), Veterinary Medical Examiners (until October 1, 2027), Board of Nursing (until October 1, 2029), and Onsite Wastewater Board (until October 1, 2029).

HB123 with amendment regarding Pharmacy Board continuation until October 1, 2026, with revisions to board membership, duties, and violation penalties under the Sunset Law.
