Establishes a distinctive "Combat Veteran" license plate for U.S. Armed Forces veterans who received combat decorations including the Combat Action Ribbon, Combat Infantry Badge, Combat Action Badge, Combat Medical Badge, Combat Action Medal, or Air Force Combat Action Medal

Requires applicants to present proof of eligibility to county officials, such as DD Form 214, award certificate, or the actual medal/ribbon

Charges an additional $3 fee per plate beyond standard registration fees, with plates restricted to personally owned passenger vehicles, station wagons, and pickup trucks

Plates will display the appropriate military branch insignia and cannot be personalized or transferred between vehicle owners

Falsely obtaining or falsely certifying someone to obtain this plate constitutes a Class C misdemeanor; effective date January 1, 2027
