Extends the statute of limitations for civil actions against actual alleged perpetrators of sex offenses to either 20 years after termination of the victim's disability (minority or unsoundness of mind) or 2 years after the perpetrator's criminal conviction or guilty plea, whichever is greater

Tolls (pauses) the limitations period during any criminal prosecution of the underlying sex offense, beginning on the date of indictment, presentment, or information

Allows victims to file civil suits regardless of their age at the time the action is commenced

Limits the extended statute of limitations to actions against the actual alleged perpetrator only, excluding claims against other parties under respondeat superior or other vicarious liability theories
