Proposes a constitutional amendment to continue an existing two mill ad valorem tax for public hospital purposes in 19 specified election precincts in Baldwin County (precincts 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 21, 26, 27, and 45 as they existed on January 1, 2025)

Tax collection would begin October 1, 2027 and continue for 20 years, with proceeds used exclusively for public hospital purposes within the designated precincts

Baldwin County Commission may issue tax anticipation bonds, warrants, or certificates of indebtedness secured by the tax proceeds without requiring further elections

County Commission may designate a public corporation to construct, acquire, equip, operate, and maintain public hospital facilities, with tax proceeds paid directly to that corporation

Requires approval by majority vote of qualified electors in the affected precincts voting in a constitutional amendment election
