Licensed firearm dealers must accept returns of firearms with faulty conditions within 3 days of sale and exchange them for the same make and model, if available

"Faulty condition" is defined as a defect that significantly impairs use, value, or safety and occurs during ordinary use—not from abuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or post-delivery accidents

Consumers must provide video proof of the faulty condition if it cannot be safely demonstrated at the dealer's location

Applies to dealers holding a federal firearms license under 18 U.S.C. § 923
