Adds Alabama Department of Public Health's regional agencies of the Office of Emergency Medical Services as eligible educational institutions that can provide EMS training and receive tuition reimbursement under the Volunteer Rescue Squad Tuition Reimbursement Program

Current eligible institutions include Alabama Community College System schools, Alabama Fire College, and University of South Alabama; students must commit to 2 years of service with a volunteer rescue squad, volunteer fire department, or ambulance service in exchange for tuition coverage

Requires the Alabama Department of Public Health to adopt rules setting credentialing and accreditation standards for private companies and instructors teaching through designated regional EMS agencies

Requires the Alabama Department of Public Health to impose a monetary cap on tuition reimbursement for students completing instruction through regional EMS agencies, not to exceed the cap for Alabama Fire College
