Board composition changes the nominating organization from "Alabama Birth Coalition" to "Alabama Midwives Alliance" or its successor professional midwifery organization for certified professional midwife positions

Removes the prohibition on the board chair serving consecutive two-year terms

Eliminates the requirement for licensed midwives to collect and submit clinical data under the Midwives Alliance of North America Statistics Project
