Amends Lamar County property auction procedures by reducing newspaper advertisement requirements from four consecutive weeks to two consecutive weeks for sealed bid sales and in-person public auctions

Eliminates the requirement to advertise in a statewide newspaper, requiring only countywide newspaper publication at least seven days before bid closing

Removes all public advertisement requirements for online auctions of county personal property, allowing the county to sell items online without newspaper notice

Removes the "once a year" limitation on public auctions, allowing the county commission to hold auctions more frequently

Repeals the criminal penalty provision that made knowing violations a Class B felony punishable by up to $15,000 fine and seven years imprisonment
