Allows pharmacists to dispense Ivermectin without an individual prescription to adults 19+ (or minors with parental consent) under a standing order signed by a physician, physician assistant, or certified registered nurse practitioner

Standing orders must include a risk assessment protocol, standardized information sheet with indications/contraindications and usage instructions, and documentation forms for the pharmacist

Prohibits health care providers and pharmacists from participating in programs or accepting compensation that would induce them to promote or endorse Ivermectin use

Protects providers who sign standing orders and pharmacists who dispense under them from disciplinary action by their licensing boards, including protection for good-faith errors in following the order
