Amends the selection committee for Marshall County's voting tabulator custodian to include the presiding circuit judge, circuit clerk, judge of probate, sheriff, and presiding district judge (replacing the former tax collector and county judge positions)

Increases the custodian's annual salary from $8,900 to $27,000 effective July 1, 2026, with the Marshall County Commission authorized to approve further raises beginning June 1, 2028

Specifies 12 detailed custodian duties including testing all tabulators against manufacturer specifications, conducting public tests, overseeing equipment delivery to precincts, supporting ADA equipment, and securing equipment at the Marshall County Elections Warehouse

Raises the required performance bond from $10,000 to $20,000

Act becomes effective June 1, 2026
