Increases the Marshall County Revenue Commissioner's annual salary from $67,500 to $106,781, effective at the start of the next term of office

Salary will be paid in equal monthly installments from the county's general fund

Requires the revenue commissioner to continue collecting and depositing all fees, percentages, commissions, and allowances into the county general fund

Effective date of July 1, 2026
