Annexed territory is located near U.S. Highway 98, bounded by Schindler Lane (20-foot easement) and Lipscomb Road (30-foot easement)

Map of the proposed boundary changes is on file for public inspection at the Baldwin County Judge of Probate Office, per Section 11-42-6 of the Code of Alabama 1975

Passed the House on January 21, 2026 and the Senate on February 12, 2026
