Expands public K-12 schools' sole authority over media broadcast rights from regular season sporting events to include all post-season events, playoffs, and championships

Allows schools to contract with and select which media organizations may cover or broadcast both regular and post-season sporting events

Broadens the definition of "broadcast" to include photographs in addition to video and audio transmission

Prohibits individuals, firms, corporations, or associations from interfering with media organizations' ability to cover K-12 sporting events, subject to school approval
