Requires public disclosure of any nonpublic contributions exceeding $2,500 from a single source per fiscal year; prohibits donations directed to benefit specific judges or court personnel

Exempts the Alabama Judicial College Education Fund from state sales and use taxes from September 1, 2026 through August 31, 2031
