Expands prohibition on classroom instruction or discussions about sexual orientation and gender identity from kindergarten through 5th grade to prekindergarten through 12th grade in all public schools

Removes existing exception that allowed such instruction when "age appropriate or developmentally appropriate" in accordance with state standards, making the prohibition absolute

Prohibits public preK-12 teachers and school employees from displaying flags or insignia relating to sexual orientation or gender identity in classrooms or on school property

Prohibits public preK-12 teachers and school employees from intentionally addressing students by pronouns or titles inconsistent with the student's biological sex at birth

Effective date: July 1, 2026; State Board of Education required to adopt implementation and enforcement rules
