Increases the annual additional fee for volunteer firefighter distinctive license plates from $1 to $10, effective January 1, 2027

Adds a new $10 annual additional fee for professional firefighter distinctive license plates (retired professional firefighters remain at $1)

Distributes collected fees in four equal 25% shares to: the Alabama Firefighter Memorial fund, the Firefighter Peer Support Program, the Alabama Firefighters Annuity and Benefit Fund, and the Alabama Firefighters Emergency Relief Fund

Amends Sections 32-6-271 and 32-6-280 of the Code of Alabama 1975 governing motor vehicle registration

Requires funds to be audited by the Department of Examiners of Public Accounts or an independent CPA every three calendar years
