Establishes three lifetime license options for disabled Alabama residents beginning with the 2026 license year: hunting, freshwater fishing, and saltwater fishing

License fees are $50 for individuals under 50 years of age and $30 for individuals 50 years or older, with an optional $1 issuance fee

Fees from hunting and freshwater fishing licenses are deposited into the Alabama Game and Fish Endowment Fund; saltwater fishing fees go to the Alabama Marine Resources Endowment Fund

Lifetime disabled hunting or freshwater fishing license holders receive all privileges of a wildlife heritage license

Effective date is October 1, 2026
