Adds approximately 9,800 feet along State Highway No. 21 from Oak Grove Road to Tiger Drive

Adds approximately 12,500 feet along U.S. Highway No. 84 from Sunrise Lane to Gardner Road

Adds approximately 2,900 feet along State Highway No. 136 connecting U.S. Highway 84 to State Highway 21
