Expands permissible uses of the Administrative Office of Courts Advanced Technology and Data Exchange Fund to include "general operation of the courts" at the Administrative Director's discretion, beyond the current technology-specific purposes

Creates three new separate funds in the State Treasury: Supreme Court Advanced Technology and Data Exchange Fund, Court of Civil Appeals Advanced Technology and Data Exchange Fund, and Court of Criminal Appeals Advanced Technology and Data Exchange Fund

Authorizes the Administrative Office of Courts to transfer existing fund balances to the newly created appellate court funds for each respective court's use

Funds revenue sources include user fees, copy fees, subscriptions, service charges, and other sources from appellate court case management system operations, plus legislative appropriations and grants

Effective date: June 1, 2026
