Amends Section 45-37-233 (Pistol Permit Reduction Act of 1999) to add a new five-year pistol permit option in Jefferson County for $37.50, in addition to the existing one-year permit at $7.50

One-year permit fee of $7.50 distributed as: $4.50 to retirement system, $0.50 to Jefferson County Sheriff's Fund, and $2.50 to Jefferson County Legislative Delegation Office Fund

Five-year permit fee distributed in the same proportions as the one-year permit

Funds exceeding $120,000 in the Legislative Delegation Office Fund distributed to public school systems in the county on a pro rata basis by student enrollment, including for school security purposes
