Adopts and incorporates general and permanent laws from the 2025 Regular Session into the Code of Alabama 1975 through 2025 Cumulative Supplements to Volumes 3-22A and local law volumes 22B-22N

Makes six technical corrections to existing code sections, including fixing typographical errors, incorrect internal citations, and correcting agency references (e.g., changing "Department of Finance" to "Department of Transportation" in Section 39-2-2)

Updates an age prohibition in Section 13A-12-3.5 from "19 Years of Age" to "21 Years of Age" to conform with amendments made by Act 2021-453

Requires the Secretary of State to maintain custody of the authenticated cumulative supplement volumes, which must remain in that office but may be certified upon request for a fee

Takes effect immediately upon passage and does not affect any statutes enacted during the 2026 legislative session
