Extends the maximum term for temporary judge of probate appointments in Houston County from 90 days to 180 days per appointment period

Changes the annual limit language to specify temporary judges may not "preside over hearings on" more than 200 days per fiscal year, rather than simply "serve" more than 200 days

Doubles compensation for temporary judges of probate from $50 to $100 per hearing, paid from the judge of probate's discretionary fund

Court employees serving as temporary judges remain ineligible for additional compensation under the Houston County Personnel Board pay plan
