Establishes a $30 booking fee in Randolph County for defendants who are incarcerated or booked in the county jail and subsequently convicted or plead guilty in circuit or district court

Clerk of court collects the fee alongside other court costs; fee cannot be waived unless all other fees, fines, and charges in the case are also waived

Collected fees are remitted monthly to the Randolph County Sheriff for deposit into the Law Enforcement Fund for county law enforcement purposes
