Amends Tuscaloosa County's service of process fees, maintaining the $60 fee per document for personal service by the sheriff's office in civil matters in district and circuit courts

Removes the exemption for mental health documents and orders issued by the judge of probate from the fee requirement

Retains existing fee distribution: $3 per fee goes to the circuit clerk's office or judge of probate's office, with the net balance split 50% to the Sheriff's Law Enforcement Fund and 50% to the District Attorney's Solicitor's Fund

Maintains the $85 fee for out-of-state civil documents served by the sheriff, with proceeds split evenly between the sheriff's office and district attorney's office
