Rental agreements for self-service storage facilities may be delivered and executed electronically; occupants who use a leased space for 30+ days after receiving an unsigned agreement are bound by its terms

Operators may dispose of personal property left at the facility more than 15 days after termination or nonrenewal of a rental agreement, with occupants prohibited from using the facility after receiving termination notice

Operators may restrict occupant access after agreement ends, limiting it to property removal during office hours only

Notice of sale for defaulted occupants' property may now be published "in any commercially reasonable manner" rather than requiring newspaper publication (previously required for property valued over $500)
