Removes the existing prohibition that Tallassee City Board of Education members "shall serve without compensation"

Authorizes board members to receive an expense allowance of up to $900 per month, plus actual travel and necessary expenses, upon majority board approval at the annual meeting

Converts the expense allowance to a salary for all board members beginning with terms of office starting after June 1, 2026

Makes nonsubstantive technical revisions to update code language to current style
