Adds an independent postsecondary online institution located in Orange Beach, Alabama, accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges, to the list of approved institutions for the Alabama Student Grant Program

Eligible students attending this newly approved institution can receive state grants for nonsectarian educational expenses including tuition, fees, room and board, transportation, and books

The Alabama Student Grant Program is administered by the Alabama Commission on Higher Education and provides grants to Alabama residents attending approved independent institutions

Approved institutions must maintain secular educational functions, cannot discriminate based on religious preference, and cannot receive direct state appropriations during the same fiscal year
