Tallapoosa County Judge of Probate authorized to charge and collect fees for remote electronic access to probate office records via computer or digital systems

Collected fees must be deposited into the special indexing fund of the Judge of Probate and used for office maintenance, operation, improvement, recording systems, and remote-access services

Judge of Probate given discretion to determine appropriate use of funds for general operations, technology needs, or office improvements

Prior collection and expenditure of remote access fees before the act's passage are retroactively ratified and confirmed
