Creates the Alabama Dementia Network within the Alabama Department of Public Health to coordinate statewide dementia care, including provider education, early cognitive impairment identification, Alzheimer's diagnosis and treatment access, specialty care referrals, and caregiver support

Requires the Department of Public Health to designate hubs providing clinical education, diagnostic services, family support, and ongoing referrals throughout the state

Mandates partnerships with other state agencies (Department of Senior Services, Medicaid Agency, Department of Mental Health), local health departments, nonprofit organizations, and higher education institutions

Requires annual public reporting on network activities, outcomes, and recommendations for improvement, published on the department's website

Does not require a state appropriation; funding may come from federal funds, grants, public-private partnerships, or future legislative appropriations, with an effective date of October 1, 2026
