Expands approved epinephrine from only auto-injectors to any FDA-approved single-dose premeasured epinephrine delivery system that can prevent or treat life-threatening allergic reactions

Applies to K-12 public schools, nonpublic schools, and authorized entities including recreation camps, colleges, day care facilities, youth sports leagues, amusement parks, restaurants, and sports arenas

Allows students to carry and self-administer approved epinephrine delivery systems, and permits school nurses or trained unlicensed personnel to administer them in emergencies

Maintains existing liability protections for schools, authorized entities, physicians, pharmacists, and trained personnel who store, prescribe, or administer epinephrine in good faith
