Capital investment fund created for cold storage facilities, refrigerated transport vehicles, and export-focused logistics hubs, with grants or low-interest loans available to eligible entities and local governments.

Department must assist poultry exporters in identifying and entering new international markets through trade missions, foreign marketing materials, and international health/safety certification, with priority for small and mid-sized exporters.

State required to expand in-state poultry demand through preferential purchasing in public institutions and school meal programs, marketing campaigns, and price stabilization contracts during international market downturns.

Nine-member Poultry Trade Risk Monitoring Task Force established to track global poultry trade policy, assess economic risks, and submit annual reports to the Governor and legislative leadership, with first meeting required by January 1, 2027, and effective date of July 1, 2027.
