Creates the Student Athlete Eligibility and Career Transition Act, effective July 1, 2026, requiring all Alabama public high schools to implement NCAA eligibility tracking for students beginning in ninth grade

Requires schools to designate a staff member (guidance counselor or athletic director) to oversee NCAA tracking and provide annual eligibility status updates to student athletes and families starting at the end of ninth grade

Mandates individualized transition plans for all students by the beginning of eleventh grade, identifying postsecondary goals (college enrollment, military enlistment, or workforce entry) and steps to achieve them

Requires schools to offer exposure opportunities including career fairs, military information sessions, and college readiness workshops

State Department of Education must develop implementation guidelines, provide training resources, monitor compliance, and submit annual reports to the State Board of Education and legislative education committees beginning December 31, 2027
