Matching funds up to $25,000 per project authorized for launching new retail/wholesale sales, farmers market participation, institutional procurement programs, and branding/marketing campaigns

Planning and construction grants required for nonprofits, local governments, and cooperatives to build regional food hubs, shared-use commercial kitchens, and distribution centers serving at least five independent producers

Revolving loan or loan guarantee fund required for capital investment in value chain infrastructure including equipment, facility construction, and transport vehicles; effective July 1, 2027
