Authorizes the board to employ compliance officers to investigate consumer complaints against licensees, replacing the previous "as needed" investigator position

Requires electrical contractors to display their certification number and company name on all documentation, advertising, and service/installation vehicles used in electrical contracting work

Grants the board authority to adopt and publish minimum installation, repair, and service standards, with at least 30 days' notice to licensees before standards take effect

Requires licensees working in jurisdictions with adopted and enforced electrical codes to follow those local standards; effective date October 1, 2026
