Allows voters who register or update their registration on or after June 1, 2026 to opt-in to having their telephone number included in disseminated voter lists

Makes it unlawful to sell, publish, or use voter data maintained by the Secretary of State for commercial purposes, with an exception for electioneering and political campaign activities under the Fair Campaign Practices Act

Takes effect June 1, 2026
