Prohibits Alabama government entities from using the term "West Bank" in official materials to refer to the territory; requires use of "Judea and Samaria" instead

Applies to all state subdivisions, agencies, and instrumentalities, covering guidance documents, rules, briefings, press releases, communications, and other work products

Bars use of state funds to create any official materials that refer to the region as "West Bank"

Executive heads of government entities may waive the prohibition if they determine it is in the state's interest and submit written explanation to the Legislature or Legislative Council within 30 days
