Proposes a constitutional amendment to the Alabama Constitution of 2022 allowing the Covington County Judge of Probate to exercise equity jurisdiction concurrent with the circuit court

Applies only to cases originally filed in Covington County Probate Court and only if the probate judge is licensed to practice law in Alabama

Grants the probate judge the same power and authority as a circuit court judge when handling these cases, with Alabama Rules of Civil Procedure applying

Requires voter approval through an election in accordance with Sections 284, 284.01, and 285 of the Alabama Constitution
