Credits Ryland with securing $9,000,000 through the Regional Transportation Board for Conecuh County to expand U.S. Highway 84 from two to four lanes

Encourages the Alabama Department of Transportation to coordinate with local officials to erect appropriate signs or markers for the highway designation
