Recognizes March 3, 2026, as Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity®, Incorporated, Day at the Alabama State Capitol

Commends the fraternity on its 115th anniversary, having been founded on January 5, 1911, at Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana

Acknowledges the organization has grown to more than 250,000 members worldwide with over 700 undergraduate, alumni, and international chapters

Notes five fraternity members currently serve in the Alabama House of Representatives: Minority Leader Anthony Daniels, House Black Caucus Chairman A.J. McCampbell, Ranking Minority Member Thomas "Action" Jackson, Representative Patrick Sellers, and Representative Travis Hendrix

Passed the House on February 26, 2026, and adopted by the Senate on March 5, 2026
